Belvidere, IL- Belvidere Police arrest a man for harassing a witness in a drug case. Police say 30-year-old Jose Antonio Taveres, threatened a witness involved in a drug investigation which ended in the arrest of Taveres' brother.

Rockford, IL- A Rockford man is arrested for burglarizing several Auburn Street businesses over the past 2 months. Between May 2nd and this Tuesday, 45-year-old John Wright broke into Happy Wok, JJ Fish, El Burrito Loco and Twist Em Up Braiding.

Creston, IL- Two Creston men are arrested and charged with four counts of burglary. 19-year-old Benjamin Elshoff and 18-year-old Kevin Staten, Junior allegedly broke into grain elevators in Creston and Flagg Station over the winter.

Rockford, IL- Two people have been arrested on murder charges. On May 27th, Rockford Police found 35-year-old Larry Wright shot multiple times while in his car on 20th Street and Parmele.

Theodore Bacino, who murdered a young Winnebago County sheriff’s deputy in 1974, will stay behind bars. The Illinois Prisoner Review Board today voted 9-4 against Bacino’s request for parole.

Loves Park, IL- A man is arrested for robbing a Loves Park business Wednesday afternoon. Police say Brian Spears 31-year-old Brian Spears walked into the Currency Exchange at 347 East Riverside, didn't display a weapon, and took off with money.
